Olympic February 2010 Contracts – Chefs and Prep Cooks
We are gearing up for an exciting array of Olympic catering contracts and are looking for a cross-section of enthusiastic chefs and prep cooks who want to contribute to the creation of our exquisite cuisine!
For the month of February 2010 we are looking for flexible full time and part time contract staff.
Shifts will vary and will be organized over a 24-hour time period.
Graduation from a culinary program is an asset as well as current food safe certification.
Compensation is based on experience.
Hourly rates:
* $12-$14/hr Prep Cook
* $16-$20/hr Event Chef
You will be responsible for your own air to/from Vancouver, and ideally, accommodations*.
*We will give hiring priority to people who can provide their own accommodation.

Russian Speaking Cooks, Event Servers and Bartenders
We are gearing up for an exciting Olympic catering contract with a high profile Russian client and are looking for a cross-section of enthusiastic cooks and experienced service staff.
From February 12 – March 1, 2010 we are looking for flexible full time and part time contract staff. Shifts will vary.
Cooks require current Food Safe Certification; experience in a commercial kitchen; enjoy working in a fast paced work environment; take pride in preparing beautiful food offerings.
Hourly rates: $12-$14/hr.
Event Staff require current Serving It Right certification; experience in the hospitality or food service industry; must be comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs; energetic and quick thinking.
Hourly rates: $16-$18/hr.
